• Floomingz reserves the right to refuse an order and close your account in case of a breach of our Terms and Conditions or ethical values. When you place an order, you will receive an email to acknowledge that your order has been received by us. After your payment is confirmed and approved and we are able to debit your provided card, you will receive a confirmation email that your order is confirmed and ready for dispatch.
• Our aim is to guarantee that all prices and information provided on the website is errorless and accurate. However, if an error is discovered in the pricing or details of any products that you have ordered, we will informed you right away with the option of reconfirming the order or cancelling it. In case of no contact, the order will automatically be cancelled. If you have already paid for your order and wish to cancel, you will be fully refunded. Addition charges such as delivery charges will be mentioned in the Total Cost of the order. Prices of all products are subject to change and the prices of foreign products may vary.
• Promo Codes: Floomingz regularly offers promo codes, the terms and conditions of which are specified when the promotional code is released. These promo codes (only one per order) can only be applied when you place an order on our website and not after you have placed the order.
• Gift Cards: In addition to promo codes, Floomingz also offers gift cards that can be purchased from our website. Physical gift cards will not be issued. We will email you a PDF version (no expiry date) that you can use on our website up to its value. A balance must be upon checkout if your order amount exceeds the gift card value.
• We have a 14 days return policy provided that the products delivered are damaged or defected at the time of delivery.
