As an artist, how can I sell my art at Floomingz?
We are looking for artists from all over the world and aim to make the process of selling their art as simple and uncomplicated as possible for them. All you have to do is email us at: info@floomingz.com with your portfolio or a link where we can see your artwork. Our team will review it and get back to you with the next steps.
Will I get paid when my designs are sold on the website?
Absolutely! Every sale supports the artist behind the artwork. Before an artist joins us at Floomingz, we inform them of our sale and pricing structure and how they will benefit. Our artists get paid for each of their artworks that are purchased on the site.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we have multiple payment options including cash on delivery.
Can I return or exchange my product?
If the product is damaged or defected or not as advertised, you can claim returns within 7 days of receiving the product.
Can I get a refund on my order?
If the product is damaged, defected, or not as advertised, you can return it within 7 day and the amount paid will be refunded within 14 working days.
How long will it take for order to be delivered?
The standard delivery time in UAE is 4-6 working days. We try our best to deliver within this time frame.
